Robert L. Parks, 86, of 145 Beechwood Dr., Suffolk, died Saturday, Nov. 23, 2002, in Nansemond Pointe Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 25 in Suffolk Pentecostal Holiness Church by the Rev. Norwood Starling and the Rev. Ronald Lattier. Interment will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.

Friends may join the family from 6 to 7 p.m. Sunday in Harrell and Hill Funeral Home, and other times at the residence.
