Staff report

While children were able to enjoy a second snow day on Friday, it came with strings attached. In exchange for free day, Suffolk kids will be attending school on Saturday, Feb. 1, to make up for the lost instructional time.

According to Bethanne Bradshaw, public information officer, the school calendar states that the third snow day in a school year will be made up on a Saturday.
