Sarah A. Hill, 20, of 2804 Deep Creek Blvd., Portsmouth, died Saturday, Feb. 22, 2003, in Portsmouth Naval Hospital.

She was a native of Charleston, S.C.

She was a sales associate for McDonald’s.

She belonged to Faith House of Refuge.

She was a senior and chorus member at Woodrow Wilson High School.

Survivors include a daughter, Tyshayla N. Hill; her parents, Rochelle Hill of Portsmouth, and Jim Leon Hill Jr. of Florida; a sister, Valerie Hill of Portsmouth; two brothers, Jim L. Hill III of Portsmouth, and Kenny Hill of the U.S. Department of the Navy in Japan; and her great-grandmother, Bessie Wyman of Florida.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27 in Mt. Sinai United Holy Church, 2710 Columbus Ave., Portsmouth, by Apostle Laverne Shaw. Burial will be in Holly Lawn Cemetery, Suffolk.

The body will be placed in the church at 11:30 a.m.

Harris Funeral Home Inc., Suffolk, is in charge of arrangements.

Billy J. Isaacs

Billy J. Isaacs, 77, of 133 Pender St., Suffolk, died Sunday, Feb. 16, 2003, in the VA Hospital, Hampton.

A native of Edenton, N.C., he was the husband of Gladys D. Isaacs.

The body was donated to science.

Harold C. Taylor

Harold Clark Taylor, 75, of 18 Holland Dr., Windsor, died Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2003 in Obici Hospital.

The graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 1, in Windsor Cemetery with the Rev. Basil &uot;Buzz&uot; Ballard officiating.

Friends may join the family from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday in Harrell & Hill Funeral Home, and other times at the residence.

H. Clifford White Jr., 77, of 131 River Point Dr., died Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2003 in Obici Hospital.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, in Hillcrest Baptist Church with the Rev. Douglas Gibson officiating. Interment will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 1 in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ashland.
