Steven Carl Cofield, 25, of Suffolk, died Friday, Feb. 28, 2003, in Sussex County. He was born in Suffolk on April 24, 1977.

Steven is survived by his mother and step-father, Jeanie and Donald Edwards of Zuni; his father, Carl Cofield of Suffolk; a brother, Tony Estabrook Cofield, and wife, Kerry, of Bridgewater; a sister, Debbie Shelton, and husband, Jamie; and two nephews, William and Andrew Shelton of Wakefield.

The graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 5, in Wakefield Cemetery with the Rev. Doug Vanniel officiating.

The family will receive friends at 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday in Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield.
