Bob Goumas will present the new Downtown Initiative Plan that will be presented to the Planning Commission and Suffolk City Council for approval.

The Olde Towne plan includes the Pinner Street Gateway, Pearl Street and Pinner neighborhood square, Franklin Street mix use, parking deck, train station re-use (located at Pinner and East Washington streets), and various neighborhood infills.
