Lisa Dunn, Justin Worrell wed in Grace UCC

Lisa Lee Dunn and Justin Daniel Worrell were joined in marriage Saturday, Oct. 19, 2002, in Grace United Church of Christ in Frederick, Md. Dr. James Noland officiated the wedding ceremony.
Lisa is the daughter of David and Julie Dunn of Washington, N.C.
Justin is the son of Donald and Roseland Lowe Worrell of Suffolk.
The bride is the granddaughter of Justin and Mildred Dunn, Bette Lee, and the Dale Lee.
The groom is the grandson of James Edward and Melean Worrell, Helen Evans Lowe, and the late Hubert Lowe.
A graduate of Virginia Tech, Lisa is a CPA with the Nextel corporate office in Reston.
A graduate of the University of Virginia, Justin is an environmental health specialist with the Fairfax County Health Department in Fairfax.
Sonia Ladisa, best friend of the bride, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Amy Gladson, Emily Ditmore, Christy Conniff, Jen Dunford, and Kim Linberger.
Justin’s brother, Joshua Worrell, was the best man. Groomsmen included Jason Dunn, Clark Hetzler, Jake Noland, Lance Speidell, Ryan Milne, Terry Totty, Ricky Kizer, and Bobby Griffin.
The bride carried a bouquet of red roses and wore a strapless white silk Alvina Valenta gown. Shea Alheit was the flower girl. Beth Brown and Carrie Schwarzen were greeters. The Celebrated String Quartet provided wedding music as well as soloist, Jerry Lowe, and organist, Truuke Ameigh.

In December, an engagement party was given by Lisa’s family and friends.
The Ladisa family hosted a bridal shower for Lisa in June.
Justin’s parents hosted a pig pickin’ in July.
Ricky and Dora Gurganus honored the couple (along with Justin’s brother, Josh, and his wife-to-be, Jennifer) with a dinner in September.
Also in September, the ladies of Holy Neck Church held a bridal shower for Lisa.
On Oct. 18, Donald and Roseland Worrell hosted a rehearsal dinner at the Duchess Daughter in Frederick.
A wedding dinner and reception were held in the Morning Side Inn Bed and Breakfast in Frederick, and was followed by fireworks.
After a honeymoon in Hawaii, Justin and Lisa are now residing in Sterling.
