Eunice L. Williamson

Eunice Lupton Williamson, 81, of the 100 block of Withers Street, Suffolk, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2003.

Born in Lowland, N.C., she was the daughter of the late Henry and Minerva Watson Lupton, and was the widow of George David Williamson Jr. She was predeceased by her brother, Chester Lupton.

She will be sadly missed by her loving daughters, Roxana W. Lewis, and husband, Juston, of Suffolk; and Cecelia M. Williamson of Williamsburg; her son, George D. Williamson III, and wife, Brenda, of Suffolk; five grandchildren, Ronald Ashby, Jason Lewis, Regina A. Bass, Faron Lewis, and Brandon Williamson; and two great-grandchildren, Candyce and Blaine Asby.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, June 16, in the Sidney F. Harrell Chapel of the Harrell and Hill Funeral Home, by the Rev. Ray Hampton. Burial will follow in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.

Friends may join the family from 4 to 5 p.m. Sunday (today) in the funeral home.
