Lucy A. Grant of Pocahontas Ave., Franklin, died in her home Thursday, June 12, 2003.

The Carrsville native was a member of Pulaski Baptist Church and had retired from Obici Hospital.

She is survived by two daughters, Lynette A. Grant, Karen (Ronald) Scott; two grandchildren, Ronald Jr. and Savannah Scott; two sisters, Mae E. Boone and Easter (Elijah) Johnson; five brothers, Otis Grant Sr. (Josephine), John R. Grant, Sr. (Rosa), Shirley Grant Jr. (Mary), Phillip Grant (Kathleen) and Melvin Grant; one aunt, Bertha Knight; nieces, nephews and cousins.

The service of transition will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 19, in Pulaski Baptist Church, 6431 Carrsville, with Pastor R. E. Rodgers officiating. Burial will be Picot Cemetery.

William M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. is handling arrangements.
