Virginia Mae Fulough Phelps, 85, of Suffolk, died July 12, 2003. Friends may join the family from 7-8 p.m. Monday at Parr Funeral Home and other times at the residence. Funeral service will be Tuesday, July 15, at 3 p.m. at Nansemond River Baptist Church.
