Sylvia Anita Arnold, 68, of Suffolk, died Thursday, Sept. 11, 2003.

A native of Wisconsin, she was a daughter of Marjorie Gregerson, and the late Lawrence Gregerson. She was also predeceased by her son, Edward A. Arnold, and two sisters, Shirley Nease and Doreen Dean.

She was a former meat wrapper for Farm Fresh.

Other survivors include her husband of 52 years, Curtis Lee Arnold; a son and daughter-in-law, James C. and Margarett M. Arnold of Suffolk; grandchild, Michael Dutton; sister, Sandra Lundregan; brothers, Robert, Steven and Stuart Gregerson.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 15, in Parr Funeral Home, by the Rev. Michael D. Halley. Interment will be in Nansemond-Suffolk Cemetery.

Friends may join the family from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home, and other times at the residence, 221 Cedar St., Suffolk.
