Nansemond River Medical Center ribbon cutting today

TowneBank announced Monday the grand opening of the Nansemond River Medical Center set for 5 p.m. today at 150 Burnetts Way in Suffolk. A ribbon cutting ceremony is planned to celebrate the center’s opening in the Suffolk area.
This three-story, 32,000 square foot medical center sits on 2 1/2 acres of land and is adjacent to the Obici hospital. Financed by TowneBank, the Nansemond River Medical Center will house Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center, Inc., Tidewater Prosthetic Center Inc., Virginia Oncology Associates and the Neurosurgical Associates.
