Ruby L. Eley, 68, of 36105 Broadwater Road, Ivor, died Thursday, Oct. 23, 2003, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2003, in Ebenezer Baptist Church by the Rev. William T. Smith. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
