Lizzie Rosalyn Wiggins

Lizzie Rosalyn (Rosa) Wiggins, of 711 Goodlin Drive, Suffolk, died Oct. 31, 2003 in Obici Hospital.
She was a member of New Mt. Joy Family Worship Center, the W.P. Wiggins Gospel Choir and the Mass Recording Choir.
She was predeceased by her parents, Sara Lizzie Hunter and Ernest Hunter Sr., a son, Robert Wiggins, and a sister, Mary Goodman.
Survivors include her husband, Edward Wiggins Sr.; three daughters, Vivian Wiggins (Wilbert) and Sarah Edwards (Bruce), both of Suffolk, and Vanessa Caraway (Lloyd) of Bristol, Conn.; two sons, Edward Wiggins Jr. (Lisa) and Shaw Wiggins, both of Suffolk; three sisters, Ernest Godwin (William) of Plainfield, N.J. and Margaret Jordan of Waterburg, Conn.; one brother, Johnny Hunter of Waterburg, Conn.; 15 grandchildren, Tanji, Shemicka, Georgette, McKinzie, Keona, Shannon, Kelly, Zachary, Bruce Jr., Vanessa, Raquan, Ranji, Tyreke, Ayana and Ashanunti; a great grandchild, Keon; many nieces and nephews and host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 4, at 1 p.m. at New Mt. Joy Family Worship Center, 307 County Street, Suffolk with Dr. William P. Wiggins Sr. presiding. Burial will be in Holly Lawn Cemetery.
