Henry C. Williams, 96, died in Norfolk, on Thursday, Nov. 27, 2003. He was the son of the late Pearly Williams and Julia Ann Williams. The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. at the T.E. Cooke-Overton Funeral Home Chapel.
