Elizabeth H. Holliday

Elizabeth &uot;Betty&uot; Hassell Holliday, 78, of Suffolk, died Friday, Dec. 26, 2003, at her home.
Born on July 6, 1925, in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late Robert and Sudie Adams Hassell.
Mrs. Holliday was a member of Oxford United Methodist Church.
She was the driving force behind Holliday Interiors, the business she shared with her husband, Bill, for many years.
Survivors include her husband, Hardy Wilson &uot;Bill&uot; Holliday; sons and daughters-in-law, Barry and Elizabeth Holliday of Fredericksburg; Ben and Lauree Holliday of Raleigh, N.C.; Bryan and Karen Holliday of Charlottesville; Brett and Catherine Holliday of Houston, Texas; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
The memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in the R.W. Baker and Co. Funeral Home and Crematory by the Rev. John F. Shappell.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 604 W. Constance Woods Drive, Suffolk, Va. 23434, or to a charity of choice.
The family will be at the home.
