Constance Carter Ashe, affectionately known as &uot;Doll,&uot; quietly passed away Sunday, Dec. 21, 2003, in Amityville, N.Y.

Constance was born on April 4, 1936, to the late Stanley Ashe and Reather Holland in Suffolk.

She leaves to celebrate her life and cherish her memory three brothers, Stanley Ashe, Willie Ashe, and Moses Ashe; two sisters, Shirley Ashe and Mabel Harrell; and a devoted friend, John Harris.

The memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 5, in T.E. Cooke-Overton Funeral Home Chapel.
