Gorden Faye Jacobsen, 68, of Windsor, died Monday, March 8, 2004.

The graveside service with military honors and Moose rites will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Steve Gupton and Charles Clark officiating.

Friends may join the family from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Parr Funeral Home, and other times at the residence of Robin and Wayne Clark at 73 Belmont St., Windsor.
