James C. Deloatch Jr., 47, of Bond Street, Freehold, N. J., died Tuesday, May 4, 2004, in Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick, N. J.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold. Interment will be at 11:45 a.m. May 10 in Maplewood Cemetery, Freehold.
