Resident appearing in festival

Dontease Edwards from Suffolk will take the stage at 8 p.m. today for the Caribbean Carnival in Virginia Beach. This will be held from 27th to 17th streets on the strip.
Edwards, who goes by the title of Di Knock-Out King, is CEO of ‘Riggie Rude Records. He’ll take the stage on the 27th Street stage.
The entertainment is free, and visitors are encouraged towear Caribbean style flags, bandanas and other clothing.
For $5, you can attend the party afterward at MP Island Cafe,w ehre reggae vibes will tune the night. You must be 21 or older to attend this function.
Di Knock-Out King said he is working on an album, &uot;Do Dim or Do You Version 1: Lose My Balance,&uot; and will be on tour this summer.
