Kerrie Dillabough, Barry Chittum united at the Planters Club

Kerrie R. Dillabough and Barry N. Chittum, both of Suffolk, were united in marriage on the evening of Friday, April 2, 2004, in the Planters Club, by the Rev. James Jarrell of Harrellsville, N.C.
A dinner and dance reception followed the service.
The bride is the daughter of Don and Linda Perkins of Standardsville.
The groom is the son of Burt and Frances Chittum of Suffolk.
The bride is the maternal granddaughter of Alice E. Lyle of Miami, Fla., and the late Emil Lyle.
She is the paternal granddaughter of Marcile B. Perkins of Standardsville, and the late Donald D. Perkins.
The groom is the maternal grandson of Alys K. Roberts of Suffolk, and the late Willie T. Roberts.
He is the paternal grandson of Burton A. Chittum Sr. of Suffolk, and the late Minnie B. Chittum.
Matron of honor was Linda Perkins.
Bridesmaids were Laurel Bell, Lara Jenkins, Charlotte Pollock, and Beckie Perkins.
The best man was Burt Chittum Jr.
Groomsmen were Brandon Chittum, Craig Burkholder, Jeff Perkins, and Kerrie’s son, Travis Dillabough.
Madison Davis served as flower girl, and Cody Perkins was the ring bearer.
After a week in Las Vegas, Nev., the couple resides in northern Suffolk.
