Graduates face new, exciting challenges

The graduates of Nansemond-Suffolk Academy Lakeland High School and Nansemond River High School have, or will soon receive the cherished diplomas that serve as a passport to a new world. Many will go on college, university or even vocational school.
The speeches of guests, salutatorians and valedictorians will all encourage them to always continue striving for their best.
All well and good, but we want to add that they should not let worry and fear overtake them; and there will be many times when despair will strike.
Have faith in yourself and the strength and wisdom to overcome any hurdles will be found.
Congratulations Class of 2004!
