The Late Model Sportsman was called one of the most competitive races of the year. Mark Wertz led the majority of the contest, but Danny Edwards was never far behind. With only a few laps to go, Edwards pulled even and got inches ahead in a photo finish.

&uot;Mark raced us clean and we thank them for that,&uot; Edwards said. &uot;I know that we had one shot at the end to pass him.&uot;

Matt Midget started third and captured the win in Arena Cars’ second go-round at Langley. Ross Clements led for a while, but Midget was in front of him before the race was halfway over.

Neil Sipe closed out the night by dominating the Mini Truck race, starting in the five position and never looking back.
