Lisa Marie Mayfield, 37, 109 North Division St., Suffolk, died on July 21, 2004 in her residence. She was a native of Martin County, North Carolina. She is the daughter of Debra Smith Gilliam and the late Clarence Edward Gilliam. Her survivors include: husband, Daryl Mayfield, Suffolk; Kadaryl Gilliam, Suffolk; Jennifer Ruffin, Suffolk; Mother, Debra Gilliam, Washington, NC; two sisters Cathy Foster (Keith) and Debra Hawkins (Dirus), both of Suffolk; brother, Clarence Gilliam Jr., Greenville, North Carolina; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, aunts and uncles and Godchild Maniyah Clark.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, July 24, 2004 at 11 a.m. in the Crocker Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Karo Gilliam. Interment will be in Andrew Memorial Park-Williamston, North Carolina. Crocker Funeral Home-Suffolk is in charge of arrangements.
