Mr. Joseph Ruffin, 80, of 36587 General Mahone Blvd, Ivor, died July 30 in Obici Hospital. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, Aug. 2 at 1 pm in the New Branch Baptist Church, Ivor by Rev. Frank L. Aikens. Interment will be held in the Ruffin Family Cemetery, Ivor. Crocker Funeral Home, Suffolk, is in charge of the arrangements.
