A Suffolk man is in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital recovering from injuries received in a drive-by shooting around 8:45 p.m. Thursday.
Reginald Bell, 19, was shot in the chest during the incident in the 100 block of Nancy Drive, said Suffolk Police Department spokeswoman Lt. Debbie George. He is in stable condition, a hospital spokesman said.
Police have no suspects in the Nancy Drive shooting, said George.
However, detectives are interested in speaking with the driver of a gold- or champagne-colored Ford Expedition seen in the area at the time, she said.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Suffolk Police Department at 923-2350 or the Suffolk Crimeline at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
