He is survived by parents, Carrie Ann and Kyle Frank Smith of Carrollton; sisters, Kaylee M. and Kelsey A. Smith and grandparents Deborah J. and Gerald J. Smith of Torrington, Ct. The funeral is on Monday, September 27, 2004 at 1 p.m. Mr. Fred Walls is officiating. The Interment is at the Holly Lawn Cemetery. Parr Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
