Elder Norman Scott Sr., 80, of the 3200 block of Knox Street died Dec. 15 in Portsmouth.

A funeral service will be held Monday, Dec. 20, at 12 p.m. at Rising St. James Pentecostal Holiness Church with Elder John W. Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Wyatt and Sons Funeral Home, Suffolk, is in charge of arrangements.
