Ernest A. Brown of the 2400 block of Cherry Blossom Drive died Jan. 12, 2005 in Obici Hospital. A native of South Carolina, he was the son of the late Archie C. and Bertha Hair Brown. He was the husband of Mazie Brown.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2005 in Caperman Seventh Day Adventist Church at 314 York St. by Pastor William Linthicum. Interment will be in Nansemond-Suffolk Cemetery. Crocker Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
