Mary Evelyn Taylor Duke, 96, went to be with the Lord on Feb. 27, 2005.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2005. The Rev. Tommy Reynolds and Rev. Allen Lancaster will officiate. The interment will be in the Cypress Chapel Christian Church Cemetery. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8 p.m. today at Parr Funeral Home and other times at the residence of Robert H. Duke, 4101 Whaleyville Blvd., Suffolk.
