Thursday’s rain caused the following postponements and cancellations across Suffolk high school sports:

Nansemond-Suffolk Academy’s home golf match against Catholic was moved to this afternoon.

Lakeland’s soccer games against Smithfield will not be rescheduled.

A makeup date for Lakeland’s softball game at Franklin had not been confirmed, although athletic director Ron Robertson mentioned the possibility of a doubleheader at Lakeland on April 12.
