Rose Anna Boone

Rose Anna (Evins) Boone, 88, of 13 Hopkins St., died Wednesday, March 23, 2005 at her home.
She was the widow of Wilson Boone.
She was predeceased by two daughters, Ollie Virginia Hargrove and Verna Rose Boone.
Mrs. Boone was born April 10, 1916, in Holister, N.C., daughter of the late Elisha and Leah (Richardson) Evins.
She is a former resident of 5005 Clifton St., Chesapeake. She had been a resident of Waterbury for several years.
She leaves three sons, Edward Boone of Gates, N.C., Wilson (Warnermaker)
Boone Jr. of Virginia, and Luewellen Boone of Waterbury; five daughters, Mary Powell, Gloria Edwards, Pearl-Scott Ward, Anna Boone Jones and Linda Beamon, all of Waterbury; a brother, Al Thomas Evins of Florida; 34 grandchildren, 61 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Family will greet relatives and friends at 1840 Nansemond Parkway and will leave there for procession at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday, March 30.
The viewing will be from noon to 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 29.
The service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 30 at Union Baptist Missionary Church, 5132 Nansemond Parkway.
Interment will be in Carver Memorial Park.
