Eileen and Arne Arnold of Racine, Wis., and Daryl and Pam Hess of Franklin, Wis., announce the engagement of their daughter, Corrinne Hess of Milwaukee, Wis., to Andy Turner also of Milwaukee, son of Sue and Vernon Turner of Suffolk.

Corrinne is a graduate of J. I. Chase High School and the University of Wisonsin, Whitewater and is employed as a reporter with the Kenosha News in Kenosha, Wis.

Andy graduated from Nansemond River High School and received his master’s degree from East Carolina University in Greenville and is employed as an editor with American Society for Quality in Milwaukee, Wis.

The wedding is will take place Sept. 9, 2005 in Bay View Methodist Church in Milwaukee.
