Oxford United Methodist Church, 601 W. Washington St., has initiated a new outreach program for children in the intermediate area of the church. The &uot;Covenant Club&uot; for boys and girls from ages 6-13 will meet from 10 a.m. to noon on the third Saturday of each month.
