Mr. Ralph Turpin Sharp Jr., 88, 4980 Roberta Road, Concord, N.C., died Friday, April 29, 2005. He was a native of Smithfield.

A funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 1, 2005 at Lady’s Funeral Home Chapel with the the Rev. Fenton Jones officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Lady’s Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers ,memorials may be made to Harrisburg Fire and Rescue, 6450 Morehead Road, Harrisburg, N.C. 28075 or Gideons International in memory of Mr. Sharp. Lady’s Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
