Lolita E. Knick

Lolita E. Knick, 72, of the 200 block of Bedford Place passed away on May 7, 2005 in her home. She was the widow of Oliver Stanley Knick and daughter of the late Russell L and Ida T. Eley of Suffolk.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church and retired form Dominion Power after 41 years. She is survived by a beloved daughter, Emily Tracey Knick of Virginia Beach; one sister, Ida B. Cohoon and husband Tom of Suffolk; one brother, Russell L. Eley and wife Jane of Chesapeake; three nephews, three nieces, five great nephews, seven great-nieces, and two great-great nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Holly Lawn Cemetery by Rev. Lindsay Poteat. The family will receive friends after the service at the home. R. W. Baker & Co Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the family. Condolences may be registered at www.rwbakerfh.com
