Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Dunn, III of Richmond, Virginia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Ann Reynolds to Jay Austin Glenn, son of Mr. and Mrs. F. Berkeley Glenn, Jr. of Millboro Springs.

Mr. Glenn is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and is the grandson of Mrs. G. Eugene Wills and the late Mr. Wills of Suffolk.

The wedding will take place at Colonial Place Christian Church in Richmond on May 21.
