Marguerite E. Moore

Marguerite E. Moore (Marge), 80, was born into eternal life June 8, 2005. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend she will be remembered as a loving caregiver to all. She formerly worked at Corning Glass Works, Corning, N.Y., Campbell Central School on the cafeteria staff, Campbell, N.Y., and believed in community involvement, service, and support as a member of the Campbell Methodist Church and choir, an avid Campbell School sports fan, and annual Lions Club Show participant.
She loved gardening, bookkeeping, cooking, craftwork, and providing a comfortable home. Marge always cherished a good laugh and with a twinkle in her eyes, found the positive in everyone and all situations. She enjoyed traveling to see family, friends and attending her &uot;Class of 42&uot; Campbell Alumni Banquets. In September 2003, she celebrated her 50th wedding anniversary to Richard D. Moore (Dick), who passed away last year on June 9, 2004.
She is survived by her sister-in-law, Betty Pettigrass of Auburn, N.Y.; two children, Sam Moore of Yorktown and Charli Leon of Suffolk; daughters-in-law, Chris Moore of Yorktown; grandchildren, Michelle and Michael Moore; nephew, Ted (Lesia) Pettigrass and niece, Doreen (Richard) Janis. She will be missed tremendously and loved forever-Moore.
The service will be private. Contributions to Tandem Health Care Alzheimer Unit, 23352 Courthouse Highway, Windsor, Va. 23487, Campbell Alumni Association, P. O. Box 225, Campbell, N.Y. 14821, or Campbell Methodist Church, 8516 County Route 333, Campbell, N.Y. 14821 are welcomed in her honor. Harrell and Hill Funeral Home, Suffolk, is serving the family.
