Reginald Devon Bailey, son of the late Junius S. Bailey and Mary E. Bailey, was born on November 7, 1954 in Suffolk.

The Lord called him home on June 29, 2005 in Nashville, Tenn.

He was a veteran of U.S. Army.

He is survived by four sisters; Susie Bailey, Gloria Bailey and Patricia Wiggins of Suffolk and Edna Harrell of Trenton, N.J.; two brothers, James Bailey and Milton Bailey of Suffolk; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The viewing will begin from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, July 12, 2005.

A military service with military honors will begin at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, 2005 in the Albert G. Horton Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
