New law firm opens in Suffolk’s downtown

The law practice of Stallings and Bischoff, P.C. has opened a new office in downtown Suffolk at 429 North Main St.
It is the firm’s second location, joining one in the Towne Bank Building at the end of Interstate 264 in Virginia Beach.
Founder and partner Moody E. &uot;Sonny&uot; Stallings Jr. is a Suffolk native whose father previously served as the city’s Commonwealth’s Attorney.
Stallings and his staff of 12 attorneys provide experienced representation in such areas of the law as personal injury and civil litigation, traffic offenses including D.U.I., domestic relations, creditor’s rights, criminal law, wills, estates and trusts.
