Civilian Ambrea D. Claiborne, daughter of Jeffrey T. and stepdaughter of Rhonnda Claiborne of Suffolk, Va., and daughter of Tammy L. and stepdaughter of Mike Raymer of Oklahoma City, Okla., recently enlisted in the United States Navy under the Delayed Entry Program at Navy Recruiting District Dallas, Irving, Texas.

Claiborne will report for active duty to undergo basic training at the Navy’s Recruit Training Center, Great Lakes, Ill.

Claiborne is a 2005 graduate of First Coast High School of Jacksonville,Fla.
