A couple whose toddler was found wandering around the Lakeview community in May will be tried for felony child neglect.

A grand jury on Monday indicted Margaret Sisco, 34, and Eric Sisco, 35, both of the 200 block of South Broad Street, with one count of felony child neglect/reckless disregard and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Charges were filed against the couple on May 1 after police discovered their 2-year-old son wandering around the 600 block of Maryland Avenue on May 1.

The child was not injured.
