Gary Latham Willoughby, 53, died July 29, 2005.

Born March 28, 1952, in Suffolk, VA, he was the son of Vivian Boyce Willoughby and the late Edward Osroe Willoughby JR., and was predeceased by his brother Edward Willoughby III.

Gary was a charter member of Wilroy Baptist Church and of Eastover Wilroy Ruritan Club.

Survivors include his mother, Vivian Boyce Willoughby of Suffolk; sister, Anita Morgan and husband Samuel of Newport News; niece Lindsey Grinnell and husband Andrew of Richmond; nephew, Taylor Morgan and wife, Katie of Newport News, and a great nephew Chase Morgan.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, August 1, 2005 in Wilroy Baptist Church.

The Rev. Carter Dey will officiate. Burial will be private.

The family will receive friends at the church Family Life Center following the service. R. W. Baker & Co Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the family.
