Icouls Delk, 66, of the 8400 block of Green Level Road in Ivor, died Aug. 27, 2005 in Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News. He was a native of Isle of Wight County and the son of the late Robert A. and Henrietta Moore Delk. He was predeceased in death by a daughter, Annie Delk.
He was formerly employed by Ramsey Brothers Farm. He was a former member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Smithfield.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Delk of Suffolk; two daughters, Deanna Mabrey (Darryl) and Shana Delk (Antoine), all of Suffolk; three sons, Tom Delk (Rose) of Norfolk, Paul Delk of Smithfield and Robert Delk (Franchester) of Norfolk; seven sisters, Roxie Green of Smithfield, Joyce Delk of Surry, Arnetta Joyner of Smithfield, Clarice Mavin (Ronald) of Smithfield, Nancy Santiful (Henry) of Newport News, Betty Shivers (Leslie) of Smithfield and Vivian Delk of Newport News; five brothers, Robert Delk Jr. of Suffolk, Peyton Delk (Pauline) of Washington D.C., Wilbur Delk (Joyce), Earnest Delk (Joyce) and Walter Delk, all of Smithfield; two uncles, Walter Moore and James Delk, and nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the graveside in Nansemond-Suffolk Cemetery by the Rev. Robert Wilkins. Crocker Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
