Jentie Brewer Boswell, 75, died Sept. 6, 2005.

She was a homemaker and a native of Newport News. She was the widow of Liger Bobby Boswell and the daughter of the late Reno Nevada Sparrow Wells and John Elmer Wells.

She is survived by two daughters, Mellie Virginia Boswell of Richmond and Dovie Buie Rawls of Corapeake, N.C.; a son, Liger Boy Boswell of Winston Salem, N.C.; a sister, Mellie Virginia Wells of Carrollton and four grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at noon Friday, Sept. 9, 2005 by the Rev. Tony Peaks at the Holly Lawn Cemetery. Parr Funeral Home is serving the family.
