Katherine Haines, 51, died Sept. 8, 2005 at Obici Hospital.

She is survived by her parents, Richard and Nora Haines; two sons, Donald Decker of Suffolk and Christopher Zuckowich of New Jersey; three brothers, Richard Haines Jr. of Belgium, James Haines of New Jersey and Christopher Haines of Suffolk; two sister-in-laws, Veela Haines of Belgium and Christina Haines of Suffolk and four grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, 2005 at Open Door Church.
