Delphia Harrington, 92, of Virginia Beach died Sept. 15. A viewing will be held at 3 to 6 p.m. today at the Chatman-E.A. Hughes Funeral Home in Norfolk. Her funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Sept. 19 at the Chatman-E.A. Hughes Funeral Home.
