Mr. Joseph Lee Brooks Jr., 58, of 12386 Shiloh Drive in Windsor, died Sept. 20, 2005 in Southampton Memorial Hospital. A funeral service will be held at noon Sept. 24, 2005 in Chapel Grove UCC in Windsor. Interment will be held Chapel Grove UCC Cemetery. Crocker Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
