Anna Mae Modlin Thompson of Hertford, N.C., died Oct. 7. 2005. A celebration of life service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 12 at Melton Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Winfall, N.C. by the Rev. Alvin Boone. Stallings Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
