Marie P. Everett died Oct. 11, 2005 in Obici Hospital. She leaves to mourn her loss her son George Everett Jr. (Annie), her daughter-in-law Diane Everett, nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Oct. 15, 2005 in Tabernacle Christian Church by the Rev. Dr. Carlton R. Upton. Burial will be in Carver Cemetery.
