Fannie L. Marsh died Dec. 28, 2005 at her residence in Portsmouth.

A funeral service was held Monday at Emmanuel AME Church, Portsmouth, with the Rev. Lonnie McClain officiating.

Visitation was held Sunday at the Steele-Bullock Funeral Home in Portsmouth.

Wyatt and Sons Funeral Home, Suffolk, handled the arrangements.
